Rooms are super comfy, with amazing beds and linen. Staff is super well mannered but some things are very strange here: no kettle in the rooms, no kids menu for dinner, no coffee at breakfast, the outside hot tub is not hot and has very dirty water.nnIt's still a nice place, just missing some standard things.
This is a small very nice and cozy hotel close to the sea. It have everything we needed for a weekend getaway! We got one of the newly renovated room and it was fresh and the bed was very comfortable. And the bathroom floor was heated which is very nice as well.nnNice spa with a big outdoor pool, 2 small outdoor hot pools, an indoor hot pool as well and a big sauna. We were lucky as there were no other people almost the full time we were at the spa.nnThe breakfast was good, a typical swedish hotel breakfast. The surrounding area was beautiful as well for a nice walk.nnAnd lastly, nice costumer service! Tuva in the reception was very helpful and service minded.nnWe will definitely come back to this place!
Find another place to stay. The receptionist was very friendly and service-minded, but the rest of the staff had no smile, and we were left wondering if we were welcome. The rooms are VERY worn, marks on the walls, signs tried to be hung with tape, so there was glue residue, the shower did not work properly and a lot of noise from the floor below the reception. Even if the price was halved, it would still be too much for this standard. The restaurant, reception and courtyard were nice and cozy.
Staff was great, food was good, and the relax section was satisfactory. However, our experience was ruined by a half dozen kids between 3 - 10 running around screaming and disrupting the peaceful atmosphere the entire evening.nnWhilst in the no-kids-under-16 relax section, my partner and I had small children coming in, pointing and staring at us, with their parents right next to them, encouraging them. Not relaxing at all.nnAnd during what was supposed to be a lovely, romantic three course dinner, the kids were chasing each other, screaming, banging on stuff, and playing with fire live candles. No parent in sight. It was very stressful and not lovely or romantic at all.nnThen, when it was time to go to sleep, the noise continued as the kids were chasing each other through the hallways, screaming as they had done all throughout the evening. Horribly stressful.nnWhat was advertised to us as a relaxing get-away without kids below 16 was actually an unpleasant and stressful day in a poorly managed kindergarten.nnIt was definitely not worth the 4000 SEK, and we will not be coming back. We would ask for our money back, but we know the hotel would never agree to that, so we won't even bother.nnOverall, a very bad experience.
Stayed for two nights around Valentine's Day with the luxury winter package. The value was incredible, but even at full price, I cannot wait to come back again! Everyone at the hotel was incredibly friendly, the breakfast buffet was fabulous, dinner at the sister Hotel was perfect, and really enjoyed all of the spa amenities. The massage with facial was incredible and relaxing. Enjoyed a walk around the village and to the beach, reading by the fireplace, and meeting other guests. It's incredibly easy to get to buy car as well as by the local bus, which is what we did from Malmö.
