Comfortable rooms, but other than that a pretty terrible hotel. No AC in rooms and opening windows invites the really noisy nightlife in. Restaurant has decent food, but lazy service. The breakfast lacked almost everything; water, cutlery, plates, coffee, bread and the little food available was pretty bland. Tables were left uncleared for a long time so seating was also limited. The only time I’ve have a worse experience was when I was served crackers and chocolate bars for dinner at a hotel in Estonia in 1993. Had the rooms cost half as much then I would have been OK with it, but this experience was simply unacceptable.
A good hotel! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Also it was very quiet providing a good nights sleep. Breakfast was wonderful too! Parking was quite limited, we came a bit late and there were no spots left . Also staff lied about the basement being open cause when we were going down they stopped us and said it was renovating.nnBut it was a good visit still.
Staff did their best.nnPlace looks better than it did, but I'd say the bedrooms look a bit dated but don't know when they got updated.nnMain issue for us, the breakfast was simply rubbish. Cold coffee, no proper European options and the Scandinavians don't do breakfast very well and this was even worse. I left the place hungry. Sad really given they they have the position.
The room was good, but a bit to warm. Toilets were fresh and good but a bit too small. The staff was nice and welcoming. The hotel breakfast was quite bad, the juice and coffee was to diluted. And the fruit was bad. Other wise a good stay, would recommend
I've been going to this hotel for almost all of my visits to Sweden and I must say it's wonderful, the service is exemplary though they seem to have missed my request for extra large towels and the breakfast is amazing there's a wide variety, delicious bread rolls, sandwich toppings, cereal, yoghurt, juice and coffee, and the little sausages and bacon are so good.nnYou can't go wrong with this hotel, soap, shampoo are provided the rooms are gorgeous with really comfortable beds and convenient TVs. They always provide complimentary treats like teabags instant coffee sachets, a couple of sweets and two bottles of really nice flavoured sparkling water.nnAll I can say is thank you!
