The plan was bike packing, but after a full day of rain, from packing the tent to arriving at the hotel, we treat ourselves with a hotel stay.nnFrom the check-in until check-out, we have been helped super nicely. We could store our bikes, even dry our tent, and had a simple but tasty buffet and a really good breakfast.nnOne downside was that the vegan food was done when we arrived at the buffet.
Beds are comfy, rooms are nice. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Only thing that was a bit disappointing was that breakfast ended at 10am, we'd be there at 9 and if some items like eggs or bacon were finished and we asked if we could get more, we were told we couldn't.

We chose this hotel because there were no available cottages at Isaberg for the weekend when we traveled. There aren’t many alternatives in the area.nnThe room was modern and clean. The two-level bed is not very practical, but I knew about this configuration beforehand.nnThe staff is friendly, and they even called me when I booked to inform me that there would be a celebration in the city that night, so it might be noisy.nnThe breakfast is mediocre: the scrambled eggs were dry, the bacon didn't taste good, the cold cuts were cheap, and there was a poor choice of cereals.nnAn okay hotel, but next time I would rather choose a cottage at Isaberg to be closer to the beautiful nature of the region.
Had booked for 4 adults got a room for 2 adults and 2 children. Hotel refused to change to a new room without paying extra. Indicated that the extra fee was so low that it shouldn't be a problem for the me. Very bad service.nEnded with a canceled reservation.
