The reception is the worst. I tried to tell you my problem in order to make an appointment immediately. She had such a condescending tone and asked questions like I am lying about my illness. The people that are calling you are very vulnerable people that needs help. And it is so sad that you guys treats them this way.
I went there twice and both time i was surprised by how good and eficient the service was. The staff were helpful and nice. The place is also clean. Make sure you book your schedule ahead of time online. Thanks for your service guys :
They accept to have a online meeting and in the meeting they referred me to another doctor and after a week, I got an invoice to pay 250 SEK at 2023-08 just because they told me in an online meeting that we can not do anything!
Received some excellent help today: uncomplicated, fast and a very friendly nurse unfortunately I don't remember her name. Thank you!
It's really sad and unfortunate that in a civilized country like Sweden Huddinge vårdcentral is nothing to write about their response to attend to patients after you call is very bad .
