Lowest treatment quality I experienced in Sweden.nIt seems their system hasn’t progressed for 30-40 years! The doctors were not helpful during our two times visit.
Easy to get a phone appointment and then a visit. What lowers the overall impression is the generally outdated premises, poor information about where to go or how to proceed to, for example, pick up a queue ticket for testing, but above all the poor possibilities to safely park and lock your bicycle outside.
Nice nurses but the doctor I met had as much empathy as a dead stone. Felt suspicious and ignored during a difficult time which seriously worsened my condition. No interest in listening, understanding and helping me but the doctor was god himself and he already had a clear idea in his head so the suffering I experienced didn't matter and wasn't taken seriously. Some people simply shouldn't work with people. Already listed about me.
Incredibly bad sampling.nI took a ticket and sat and waited at the entrance where you can barely hear the signal. And then they let others in before me.nnAsk what happened then they say wait and we'll take you after the next one but then they let others in again. Ask again what went wrong then I'm told to take a new ticket
Changed from Kry where you never got to see anyone, to Korallen. Quick to get an appointment, objective doctor who took his time and great to have a lab affiliated with Karolinska in the municipality. Can take most tests there!
