If you want to be treated like a thief and humiliated by the cashiers in front of strangers who can’t help it but look at what is going on and your children for that matter then this is the place to go. I will never set foot in this ICA again. 2 times they checked my bag without reasonable explanation. I have never been treated this way before in any shop or country I have lived in or visited. Also do not bother try to complain to the supervisor or the manager. They are all in on it. Really disappointed and disgusted by the situation but at least there are others boycotting this supermarket for the same reason as well and that is exactly what they deserve.
I will start from the parking. It is free and you can always fing a parking space.nYou can find almost everything there and if you have empty bottles you can return them all at once and not one by one. The staff is friendly and if I want to say something negative it will be the special prices for products near the expire date. They should give better offer for them. 30% is not enough.
The store is clean and spacious. It's hard to find staff if you want to ask questions. Meet especially biff is not of the quality you expect. Other than that, it's a standard ICA maxi.
Best grocery store in Southern Stockholm. Excellent range, good prices, close to motorway and generous parking. Accesible and friendly staff. Fresh produce could be somewhat improved.
So second visit to the Kungens kurva Ica Kvantum and the same problem with the cashier. They asked me for the second time to show my back pack inside, it is rude and racist since I am obviously not looking Scandinavian . I am shopping with the same backpack every other day and it is only at that store that the Swedish 'ladies' at the register are asking me to open for them to see if I am a thief. After that it is definitely my last visit. I add a photo of the backpack for reference.
