I have shopped here every week for a number of years. A few weeks ago I was asked at the self service checkout to go through a helavstämning. It was 21:50, I had been in the store nearly 2 hours, and already packed about 2 000 kr of items neatly in to 5 or 6 bags. I was required to haul everything out, put it through the checkout and re-pack it. The checkout assistant was neither apologetic nor helpful. Not even nearly. She rammed it all through, rudely disagreed with how I charged/ticketed the melons, and promptly disappeared, leaving me to repack everything on my own. This is a good example of how to needlessly destroy customer loyalty. I have not been back to the store since then and will not go back either.
Had shopped for many years here, had been my favourite and best ICA store in whole of Helsingborg. Off late, the staff and security looks at every one as shop lifters. Hate that feeling and have completely stopped going there. I understand they are doing their job. Sad to see the that the Sweden trust policy has been misused so badly which has led to this.
Easy to shop at Maxi. Great selection. Lines can be pretty long sometimes. There is some self check out registers. That makes it easier.
The best ICA I have been to in the south of Sweden, clean, big store with lots of products on sale, plenty of parking and not overly crowded.
Super big shop, whatever you need you can find different types and models of it here, really convenient to shop for the whole month or you want something that you can't find in smaller stores it's all here with good prices, they have a butchery as well if you're looking for unpackaged fresh meat processed or freshnnDefinitely a go to, I wish they had a kitchen appliances part as well.nnAwesome staff, really helpful.
