Interesting how you as ICA retailers let 12-13 year olds go and buy alcohol-free when the age limit is 18! I don't know what you're thinking.

Poor selection. Understaffed, tired, unengaged staff except for two friendly and competent employees. They have managed to make the store look worse now than before the renovation. Doesn't feel like a store that anyone cares about with their heart.nnNew flower department: far too small and boring selection and wilted flowers, many of them.nnBelieve me, completely new approaches and better insight are needed here - THEN this store can be as nice as ever
