ICA Nära Insjön

Just have to give this Ica store in Insjön a five star review! The store is small but filled with lots of half price items that are far from Best Before Day. Small space with everything you need and then some, and the young guy at the checkout was really happy and nice!

This store is absolutely outstanding, there are absolutely no problems, only solutions. The owner is the most sympathetic person I have ever met & if you get the chance to go & shop at Ica in Insjön, I promise you will not leave there disappointed

Good offers but not always so clean and fresh in the store.

Quite a cramped store. There are many good prices on selected products.

If I could give this store 0 stars, I would have.nVery rude and uncommitted staff, if you go to the checkout to pick up a package you get a sour comment that you should actually go to the doors out to the warehouse and pick up your package. If you stand at these doors, I got a sour comment today that I should have gone to the checkout instead and a sour question about when the package was delivered to their store and the package more or less thrown in my hands.nnIn addition, the store has its own times where you can pick up packages that do not match DHL's website which says the store's opening hours, but you are met with a note on the door to the store. It feels extra sour when you have a 1.5 kilometer one-way trip to the store and are met with a note with the rate:nnThe times for picking up packages are: Mon - Fri 10-18nSat - Sun 10-17.nnThe store's aisles are overcrowded with ships full of goods, so it's impossible to meet or barely fit a shopping cart or stroller, the store overall feels extremely cramped.
