Always long queues at this place.nIt takes the staff all day to get a customer out of the way. It would have been better if you opened a third checkout or made a separate department for parcel delivery.nnHere you find aunties who read the receipt at the till blocking the payment system instead of going on, picking up their goods and later reading the receipt on the other side. They seem to think they are the only people in the room. While the staff look like birdhouses instead of speaking up and speeding up the queue. Have to do a parody episode on this Ica, it would have easily gone viral.nnAnyway, this has to be the coolest/worst ICA deal in all of Sweden. Wonder which outbreak it was during the pandemic as it is impossible to keep distance in there.
