Unprofessional treatment.nnFirst time using UPS and new to the city. I had been given incorrect information about where to drop off packages and sought help from the office. Instead of help, I was met with mockery, condescending comments and a condescending tone from the staff at the checkout. This middle-aged woman behind the counter laughed at me, preached about “source criticism” and how I should go back to school to learn more about this because she made it very clear that I didn’t know how to do it or had been taught it. I also studied university for 4 years.nnThen over-explained how the UPS website works as if I was incapable of understanding simple instructions in a baby’s voice even though I am an adult.nnThe person in question was also talking disparagingly about another customer to her colleague just before I arrived. It was clearly unprofessional, lack of empathy and a lack of basic customer service. This was a bad impression both for me as a customer and for the company.nThere are many older people who are nicer with more knowledge in customer service who are in great need of work since you chose her.nnSuch behavior should not occur repeatedly in a customer reception as I have seen this come up on more occasions than this time.nnThis woman is a total disgrace.
This is without a doubt the most unpleasant ICA store I have ever visited. The service is consistently cold. It has been like this for a long time, and there is no sign that the situation is improving. Unfortunately, the store gives the impression of having completely lost interest in its customers.nnAvoid going and receiving packages here.
No, no more purchases from here!nI didn't expect such a rudentreatment from the manager at the checkout.nI think you should be careful about the customers.
