Realy bad service i bought 2 frozen raspberry mix the prize said 2 for 35 but I ended up paying more than that and when I told the workers over there about the price one told me is because I needed to be a member then the other told me that is only raspberry not mix so I try to return the manager said no I cannot return it because is something frozen i told her I just bought it now I haven't even left the store she said no I demand justice
I visited this supermarket early in today's morning, around 8:30 to 9:00 AM, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with one of the employees at the cashier. The staff member I encountered was rude, condescending, and behaved in a highly unprofessional manner. What made the situation even more upsetting was that she greeted the customer behind me with a warm smile, yet treated me with an attitude of unpleasant superiority. In some countries, such behavior could be considered discriminatory. Overall, it was a distressing and unpleasant experience.
Staff are nice, there is a really good selection for everything that you need and might be looking for. They cover it all.
Maybe get your opening times right, it is closed at 8 am on easternday, and it still says opens at 9am on the storenThe Google opening times are wrong
Some of the workers who are old laddies are very rude and don’t know how to talk with customers . Old laddies should sit at home so thay young , energetic and active and passionate workers should have opportunities to work and improve the shops outcome.
