Since ICA online makes strict use of Klarna, non-EU family & friends cannot place orders online. ICA doesn't accept straight MasterCard debit from non-EU reputable international banks, such as the British Standard Chartered or the US Citibank.
For seamans it is a good place to buy some groceries. Be careful because they do not accept dollars, only euro or visa card.
