Supermarket I rely on. Great staff and offers! Buy stuff from groceries to your kids eatables. You will find everything here. I find the dairy products fresh and well stocked up. ICA is my go-to store for everything for daily needs and I highly recommend the store in Skogas.
Amazing staff here! I asked for a limited edition candy and they took my name and number and contacted me and was able to get this request made and notified me when the item was in the store! Huge thanks!
I often use the self-checkout to limit interactions with others, as well as a quick checkout process. Today I got the sparkling hand scanner, which comes with a 10% discount. While the discount is nice, it does not outweigh the drawbacks of having to wait for an employee to apply the discount, which also forces an unwanted interaction. Please note that I don't harbor any ill will towards anyone, I'm just a person that does not like interacting with others, I simply want to get my items, pay, and leave. So In the future I hope the discount could be added without staff interaction, or a way for me to opt-out from the discount lottery. Perhaps by informing me that I can call an employee, but letting me continue if I choose not to.
This is the store a usually go to, when I need groceries. However, once or twice a month I take the car to icamaxi in Haninge cause they have better homebaked bread, and locally produced milk. I only give three stars, cause this store wants all living in Skogås to smell the same...axe. And the owner loves green, gigantic bananas. Change that, and I will reconsider
Nice staff, somewhat undermanned leading to having to wait by the self-checkout if there is an age controll or similar. The self-checkout area is pretty modern and has lots of space considering Covid-19. The prices are a bit higher than some bigger stores which is not surprising being so central. But overall the store is nice, clean and organized.
