The sports facilities are well-maintained, with excellent equipment for both individual and group activities. Whether you're looking to play sports, exercise, or simply enjoy the open space, this place has it all.nnThe park and surrounding areas are perfect for walking or jogging, and there’s a great sense of community. The atmosphere is friendly, and the staff are always helpful. I really enjoyed my time here and captured a few photos and videos to share the positive vibe!nnIf you're in Jönköping and looking for a place to stay active, IF Haga is definitely worth visiting!

Strömsbergsvallen and IF Haga became a surprising acquaintance. The football match against Hjulsbro IK 3-2 was a wonderfully swinging event, filled with physical football and wonderful dramaturgy. In addition to this, Strömsbergsvallen is a wonderful facility in itself, filled with odd elements, a classic seating grandstand and a nice clubhouse. The fact that the weather was also in its best mood only adds to the positive elements, but it's just a shame that I didn't get a program sheet to take home as a souvenir.
