I absolutely love visiting here. The staff are always pleasant and helpful my swedish is poor and they are so patient with me. The store is always clean, good stock levels, and attentive staff without being overbearing. Well done to the Borlänge branch staff, keep up the great work!
A great variety of good quality products to choose from. Prices are reasonable. They also have a self service checkout.
Click and collect worked out far beyond expectations. Our order was delivered next to our car and we didn't even have to enter the store.
friendly and helpful staff and ton of entrances and shortcuts so it’s easy to get to what you want without having to run a marathon through the whole store. A few self-checkouts at the entrances so it’s easy to do a quick in and out.
Went here for lunch while visiting Borlänge, and this place just feels like all the other IKEAs, and that’s not a bad thing. Affordable and nice food. Always nice to pay a visit to IKEA because you always leave with something you didn’t plan to buy
