We had a great experience. The staff and the officer were friendly but professional.nnPaid parking space is available nearby. There are many restaurants and coffee shops too around this place. There are several points/places of attractions to visit. And parks nearby. It’s a couple hours drive from Stockholm.
Very professional. Modern and nice inside. Cozy and comfy chairs. Free wifi. No long time to wait when booking. The reception staff and case officers are always helpful, listen to you, give you the necessary information and guide you through out the different processes regarding immigration matters. One of the best migration agencies in Sweden so far.
Everything was orderly, quiet and professional.nTaking one star off only because the information we were given during the meeting was incorrect.
The worst functioning state organ in whole Sweden. Handling times are unrealisticly long, it is often impossible to reach them via telephone, employees deliberately create long queues and are very slow. Migration board definitely needs to change its work structure completely and train its employees.
Lazy rude case officers. Overloaded with work . No budget to hire more staff and make the processes and workflows more effective resulting in extremely long waiting times and mistakes.
