Incredibly beautiful church and well-kept cemetery. Where my grandmother's parents rest their final rest.

Ingatorp Church is located at Kyrkogatan 11 in Ingatorp. It is a beautiful church that belongs to the Södra Vedbo pastorate. Ingatorp Church is truly one of the most interesting places in Småland, especially for those who like architecture and history. The current church was built between 1914 and 1915 according to drawings by architect Fredrik Falkenberg. It replaced an older wooden church from the 18th century that tragically burned to the ground after being struck by lightning in 1911.

Ingatorp's black and white church with its tall tower is very eye-catching. It is a place with a lot of history to tell, but the church is not that old. It was inaugurated in 1914.nnIn the area there are older buildings, including Ingatorp's church shed, which is a church cultural monument and one of Sweden's oldest wooden buildings. There is an information board next to the building.nnOn the other side of the road from the church is a bell tower in the garden of the parish hall. There is an information board by the bell tower that tells about the inscription on it, among other things.
