I understand why they are closing this store when the staff there this morning can barely even be service-minded enough to refill water bottles for customers but eventually do so amidst groans, grumbling and complaints and instead refer to ICA and the service station outside where the water usually tastes bad. And have had very unengaged service several times before.nnOther staff on other occasions have however been pleasant and engaged in customer service, and I wish them all the best in their search for a new workplace.
Visited the station today April 29th at 5:10 PM and we bought some sausages from a person who was more interested in his tablet than us as customers. Very bad manners.nWon't bother with more visits!!
