To the management of the English school in Sigtuna,nnI want to inform you about a negative and unacceptable experience I had with one of your employees. When I called the school to inquire about studies and registration, I felt that the employee I contacted acted badly. She hung up several times when I introduced myself and tried to contact her again without success. I hope this has no racist undertones.nnI ask you to investigate what happened and take steps to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future. This school has traumatized me and the way I will live in the future!nnThe second you set foot in this school, you notice how little the school management cares about the students. This should not be legal and I say this myself as a student of this school and I am ashamed that I have chosen this school to the bottom of my heart.nnUntrained teachers and dirty premises are the standard at this school and the students' opinions do not matter.nI've got gastritis and stomach ulcersndue to the stress that I have had to live through at this school please keep your children as far away from this school as you can!nnThanks for everything IES!!!
