I was there on the 28 of June to buy a fotball for my son. On their webpage it stood that they had instorage.nI asked a guy at bicycle department to help me. He said it was not his area so I went this other guy blond guy with tattoes that I was refered to. He said maybe guy at bicycle department could help me. I said he refered me to you since it wasn't his area.nHe went out to the storage with some chairs and said he would help me when he put them in the right place. While I waited he came out and another customer approaching him and he stood ther and kept talking,laughing with this new customer even tough it was my turn. My son and I waited for 10 minuttes then he said we could look for us self in the ball boxes and that he will be there shortly to help. After that another new customer approached him that also came after us and he kept on talking another 10 minutes with this new guy while we waited at ball department. After waiting for nearly 20 minuttes we decided to go to the register and ask for help. The girl at register went out to the storage right away when it and said they did not have it and offered me compeletly another model. I kindly thanked for her help and declined the offer. I give only one star because the girl from the register provided her service, she did her job at least.
Was taught this was the biggest shop of Gbg.nThey dont sell tools to change bike's cassette. Like not at all.nThey dont sell tyres for race bikes 622x25.700×25c.nThey dont sell whole wheels.nThey have few choice of indoor shoes.nI never find what I need.
