Very Disappointing Experience – Intersport KatrineholmnnAs a long-time customer and Intersport club member, I had an extremely poor experience at the Katrineholm store — not once, but twice in the span of a few days.nnDuring my first visit, I went in to purchase a T-shirt that was advertised as being on promotion. When I asked about it, the staff member was very rude and simply said it wasn’t available, without making any effort to assist or check further.nnLater that day, I visited the Intersport website, selected the Katrineholm store, and saw that the T-shirt was still available and marked as on promotion. I reserved it online.nnWhen I returned to the store to pick it up, I was met with yet another unpleasant experience — the same staff member told me, in the same cold and dismissive manner, that the item was no longer on promotion and had been removed from the website. No apology, no explanation, no willingness to help.nnI’m truly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. Sadly, Intersport has lost my trust — and my family as regular customers.

Could have had larger selection of gym wear and equipment

It's almost entirely clothes.

I found good goods with a good price.

Not very well stocked...
