I ordered a few things as the previous owner of my property bought from them. The original order was processed and shipped very quickly. Upon receipt there was an error in the order, I emailed to report this on a Sunday. An almost immediate response from them, the correct item delivered by the following Tuesday. Very impressive after sales support, ill be using them in the future.
They are good and have a lot of parts for their pools and other accessories at home. Are there any exhibition pools on site. Offers ice cream and coffee which is nice.
Bought a 6.3*3.6m pool package, very happy with the quality for the money. The ladder had the wrong bends with it for my type of pool, immediately sent new ones after an email to them.
Super satisfied with both pool and service
On the website it says that the phone hours are 9-17 but in reality the phone has closed for lunch 12-13.
