I ordered a few things as the previous owner of my property bought from them. The original order was processed and shipped very quickly. Upon receipt there was an error in the order, I emailed to report this on a Sunday. An almost immediate response from them, the correct item delivered by the following Tuesday. Very impressive after sales support, ill be using them in the future.

What a company! Knowledgeable, good service. Had my large de lux pool for 5 years looks like new! Had to replace a few small parts such as nozzle, leaf basket etc. due to weather and wind and my own fault super satisfied and no problems getting parts year after year! They are good and have a lot of parts for their pools and other accessories at home. Are there any exhibition pools on site. Offers ice cream and coffee which is nice.

Bought a 6.3*3.6m pool package, very happy with the quality for the money. The ladder had the wrong bends for my type of pool, sent new ones straight away after an email to them.
