It's a very nice health center

Had a very bad experience at the health center today. Call in the morning and ask to see a doctor, it's perfectly fine that they have changed to drop in between 10.00-11.00. From 10:00 am I wait my turn for the doctor to call me and every time for 1 hour and 30 minutes my name does not appear. When I notice that I am alone in the waiting room, I go to the reception and ask for understanding in why my name has not been called? I guess he says, we have called several times for Maria but you didn't show up. Maria????? How the hell am I supposed to raise my hand if you call me Maria and my name is Mario??? Still in the waiting room and hopefully after 2 hours of waiting time my correct name will be called out.
This is a VC run by clowns. Open reception is a new variant where you have to queue, keep track of which doctor you have and if he is not on duty, otherwise you have to go home...nEveryone squeezes into a small room and waits for their turn to hand in the sheet where we wrote information and made a self-diagnosis. Then think how it will be when it's winter and everyone is coughing on each other talking about a bacillus accelerator. Realize how useless the system is.nChoose another VC if you can.nI booked an inspection of the car completely digitally, so why is Järna VC an analogue exception completely free from simplifying digital services for us care recipients?
