One of the places to be in Karlskoga. Solid food, charming service and somewhat cozy atmosphere. They went really digital: you order and pay your stuff via QR code - a very efficient way
Quality of the food is getting way worse, clearly skimping out on ingredients to save move no lemon for the pasta dish, which used to be a staple. But what is even worse is the TERRRIBLE service. Had them deliver our order to our home, got one of the pizzas wrong. And when I called them we had to wait for over 20min before they delivered us the right pizza, this time undercooked and clearly rushed out. And on top of that, they actually wanted the 'wrong' pizza back. ‍ What kind of restaurant does that? And WHO got that pizza after they took it away? I would like to know...nnAfter that, I can safetly say that I rather spend my cash elsewhere. Do not support confused businesses who doesn't know the golden rule about being a restaurant. Service. We pay for it, and we deserve it.
Most people find a restaurant via google and google maps. So when it says it closes at 23.00 you would expect that at 21.30pm you would be able to eat. When i went in i was told that they only serve pizza at this time !!! and after me asking salad as well. I had a pizza which was half baked as dough was not baked well. While i was eating indoors tables were being cleaned and they were tidying up. I believe it is important to add on google maps what time you stop serving/ kitchen closes so people would know. Overall the place seems nice, indoors and outdoors, i would guess during the day would be also a nice option. Personnel was ok, you order at the bar and you get a buzzer. There is a parking nearby and another one a few meters away but be careful with requirements for payments related to time of the day.
No service what so ever. Asked to order food with the app, or at the bar outside. Since the bar outside was unmanned and our table didn't have a number. I had to walk in to order. And they wanted me to pay straight away, even asked for a tip, before the food had arrived . Food was cold and extremely bland. Pasta with prawns, chilli and lemon. Only tasted of lemon. And a burger that was so small and some fries thrown on. Won't be rushing back again. And that's is a shame, it used to be such a good restaurant
This place was my biggest surprise when visiting Karlskoga. Town itself seems rather small but this dining place was amazing! Really great food, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Price wise it's very reasonable. There are options to sit inside or outside. Food can be ordered via app as well. Restaurant is located on the central square with many parking places available around. Highly recommend this place to all visitors and locals!
