An amazing sauna space with a couple of cold plunge pools only 1 is open during the winter season, the plunge pool was 9°c when we visited nThe view from the sauna is immense.nJubileumsparken is in an old industrial area I guess but it's well worth the trip and just a short ride away on one of the many available city bikes!nYou have to book the sauna but I think anyone can visit the pool areas.nThe changing area for the sauna/pool is really good too, better than my own bathroom
Superb playground with lots of fun different areas and nice greenery all around. Surrounded by bathrooms, change rooms, saunas, outdoor pools, minigolf and icecream stand. 10/10
This playground//swimming//sailing//picnic area is rather new, so it’s still in the process of being expanded eg parking is available but there’s construction in that area. That being noted, the playground is very innovative and cool, as is the pool area you can swim in a pool right up against the sea. Free paddle boards, sunfish boats, and canoes to rent. It’s a great way to spend the day in Gothenburg! And there’s miniature golf and ice cream!
A nice option for a free Swedish sauna experience. This old building has been redesigned after its end of era port function. No longer mooring ships it’s now a unique building housing an architectural designed sauna.
Lekplats till barnen - Great children’s play areanMany activities for children slides, seesaw, swings, sand. Good place for weekends and sitting area with benches to have lunch/dinner. This is a new park opened in fall2022.nThe highlight would be the mini-golf area which has mot opened yet but should open in a few months.nThere is a cafe place where people can buy coffee, tea, soda, ice-cream, etc
