Polite and helpful staff who seemed knowledgeable on the items being sold even when it came to discussing something as random as a metal detector. Their prices seem reasonable too.

Jula has an impressive amount of goods, and quite a lot with decent quality as well. The store is rather bewildering though, maze-like and labyrinthine.

One of the best stocked Julas Ive been too. Well organized. I wish my local one was more like this
