Poor customer service.nThe staff could not handle item returns properly, and each person seemed to have a different opinion on how the process should work. There needs to be a better system in place for handling return payments, and the staff should be properly trained to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Good and unique stuff but some things are a bit expensive. I like the kitchen essentials the most!
The entrance is really annoying since you have to go through the entire store just to go to the exit, also completely lacking in staff, you have to go look all around the store just to ask where something is
Many affordable items , tools, clothing.
While on call to the customer service I was told that it's possible to test ride the electric bikes. But while I asked in the store they said there is no possibility. Many other bike stores offer testing possibility not Jula
