My daughter loves this park, always asks to visit it again - and we visit it every week. We enrolled her to Jump School here and the results are great. Great trainers, experienced and patient with kids. Recently they had a Halloween event, very nicely organized and lots of fun for the young ones. Highly recommended if you are looking for ways to discharge your child's batteries :
We held one of our kid's birthday party there. The kids loved it; our own children and their friends didn't want to leave even after the party was over. We had requested pizza for the party, and it looked, smelled, and was very fresh and delicious. The kids said it was delicious, and seeing how quickly they ate it, I believe them! The girl who was in charge of the party was very patient with our high-energy bunch. We brought our own cake, which they were happy to put in the fridge for us.
We've been to Jumpyard several times and my kids ask me on a daily basis to go back because they love it so much. It's clean & save, staff is friendly but also stern if children don't follow the rules which I appreciate to keep everyone safe during jumping.nnWe celebrated my son's birthday and I was actually amazed how great it was. The staff were super friendly & attentive, always had a smile on their face and a positive attitude, even though it was hectic at times for them as there were several birthday parties at the same time, we never felt forgotten or them rushing us or anything. They even swapped the food for one of the kids when I asked them for an alternative, without charging us extra which I appreciated. I brought my own cake and they stored it in the fridge for us, then even unpacked and put it on a cake stand. I felt like I could really focus on the guests and my own kids which I really appreciated as it can sometimes be a bit stressful as a parent to make sure everyone enjoys themselves.nnI can really recommend Jumpyard and we'll always celebrate our kids' birthdays here from now on :D
Veery nice. For those who have kids and need them to burn some energy, here's the place. Very safe, lot's of monitors, very good hamburguers. It worth a visit.
My first 1 star review and it is a shame. The place is everything you want for a kids party. Clean, the staff whilst very young are friendly and the kids love it. What unfortunately annoyed me was when I ordered a double espresso pretty good I asked for a glass of tap water. I was told that it is their policy not to use cups for that and that I had to buy water in plastic bottle. I perhaps get if I am not a paying customer, but I was disappointed enough by this to write a one star review.
