There are much fun activities along with jumping. Kids love it
Veery nice. For those who have kids and need them to burn some energy, here's the place. Very safe, lot's of monitors, very good hamburguers. It worth a visit.
A really fun place for my kids to play and jump around learning tricks and having fun. But it's a bit weird that you're not allowed to run, like it's a trampoline. But anyway it's still a fun,nice place.
The place is super cool. You can keep them active and the food is perfect while you wait or after the play.nIt would be great it they could have discounted prices for siblings.
Dear readers,nI am writing this review to express my disappointment with JumpYard and the birthday party that was organized for my child. Unfortunately, the party was cut short due to a fire alarm that went off in the building where it was taking place. While this was beyond the company's control, their response to the situation was unacceptable.nAs a parent, I was shocked to learn that the company's staff did not provide any assistance or support to the guests during the evacuation, including the children who were present, same Instead, they appeared to be more concerned with their own safety and quickly fled the premises without providing any guidance or direction to the guests. This behavior endangered the lives of their customers, including the children who were scared of screaming alarm and guests who couldn’t understand if it’s for real or just some training.nAfter the incident, I attempted to contact JumpYard via email several times and phone to express my concerns and request a refund or some form of compensation, but have yet to receive a response from them. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, and has left me feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed with the company's level of customer service.nIn addition, we had paid for a full party package, but due to the early termination of the event, we only received a partial service. We were not refunded for the remaining time, despite having paid for it in advance.nIn conclusion, I cannot recommend JumpYard to others, and would strongly advise anyone considering organizing a party with them to proceed with caution. The behavior of their staff during the evacuation was unacceptable, and their lack of response and accountability after the incident has only added to my disappointment.nIf anyone from JumpYard is reading this review, I implore you to take responsibility for what happened and address the concerns of your customers. It is simply not acceptable to ignore the safety of your customers, especially the children, or the concerns they have after such an event.
