JYSK Hemlingby, Gävle

Would be nice if signage would say where you can find what items. I gave up looking for what I wanted because I could not find it.

One of the fresher JYSK stores I've visited. The store is well decorated even if several have the same layout and has pleasant lighting. The staff was also nice. The biggest concern with JYSK is their quality of some of their products, it breaks prematurely. Relatively good at complaints though.

Unpleasant and nonchalant treatment from the staff. Certainly does not apply to the entire workforce, but this meant that we instead went to Jysk Valbo, who helped us with new outdoor furniture and a little else.

Terrible service ordered a complete bed that was supposed to come to the gävle store been to the store and talked to the staff who say it will arrive tomorrow? I have been calling for several days no response today I got hold of a knowledgeable guy at customer service the bed will arrive in another 4 daysnOrdered on 12/3 it should be delivered according to the store on 26/3nIt would only take a few days according to the staff

Good store for home decor. Easy to order things that are not in stock online and pick them up in the store.
