Worst customer service imaginable once you actually get a hold of someone working there. I wanted to discuss a build I had planned but realised that despite all their great products the employees are quite inflexible and unwilling to help.nnAt least they have good prices!
Meager selection of screws and bolts. The screws sold by weight are of such low quality that ~10% broke by the torque of the screwdriver. I went to another store for better quality but I'm still left with broken screws sticking out of the wall.
Perfectly fine. Helpful staff. It's just a bit hard to to find what you're looking for so you kind of have to ask. Else it's solid!
Great store and very clean.nIt is expensive compared to similar stores and there’s a lack of staffing at the counters.
Big store for building materials, tools and what not. Home builders will surely find it interesting.
