Lovely little beach at Virserum lake with a recently built wheelchair ramp right into the water and handicapped parking. Two long pontoons with several ladders and one jumping tower, one slide for children, facilities to hang up clothes, bags etc and public toilets also wheelchair accessible. Beautiful lake with wonderful views. The only tiny downside, there is no kiosk to buy things. It looks like that the house on top of the hill used to be one but has been closed a good while ago.

Best place in Virserum. Calm, good toilets and changing cabins. . Water is deep for the ones who enjoys deep dive immediately.nnIf you want you can settle your blanket on the grass or the wood of the sauna which is on the right most of the place.nnAlso some beach for children where the water is not getting deep directly.

Great place for swimming

Cute little city beach. Plenty of moorings and plenty of seating. You can access the water via a sandy beach in the non-swimmer area or directly into the deep water via the two jetties. The water is great, and visibility is good. There's even a diving platform on one jetty. A changing room, a playground, a barbecue area, and a restroom round out the amenities. We'd love to come back.
