Booked an inflatable tent via the website for an event and chose a date for the tent and received a price for the booking.nnTwo days later they email that the tent is broken and they are unsure if they will have time to fix it. Rain was expected on the day of the event so for us it was of the highest priority to have a tent. I asked if they had any alternatives for us as we are open to all suggestions so close to the event. They had no interest in offering any alternatives and no sympathy.nnWe decide to still try to use the inflatable tent which leaks air but can still be filled continuously with the included fan. When I email again I get a reply that their calculation system on the website cannot handle weekends + weekdays and the price we received via email is wrong and it will now cost us twice as much... That's what they say at the last minute... For a broken tent..
