Don't buy a car from Kamux without seeing it!nI drove from Germany to Sweden especially to pick up my dream car, which I had to pay for beforehand.nWhen I got there, I found that there was a huge crack 30 centimeters right through the windscreen. Nobody noticed that before??? They organized and installed a new window - this caused me to miss my ferry Also, the car had more dents and scratches than the photos and the employee's description indicated. Furthermore, the vehicle was not even cleaned. There was some liquid stuck to the door, used straws in the shelf and so on. On the way home I noticed further damage, for example that the vehicle must have had an accident because the license plate was bent and the gaps in the bonnet were no longer correct. In Germany I wanted to have TÜV technical inspection before registration done, which then found that one of the rear springs was broken and the tires are not registered and not allowed. I wrote all this to the saleswoman who wanted to sell me a trailer hitch in the preliminary talk, although the car already has one!!! says that this is my problem and that she can't do anything for me because I had exported the car and therefore there is no guarantee... They couldn't clean the car because I wanted to pick it up so quickly. There was more than two weeks between purchase and collection...nIf you contact the store manager or the regional manager, you don't even get an answer...nBuy somewhere else!!!
There definitely is room for improvement. Olympia was very helpful and patient to answer questions while I was making up my mind about buying a used car. Once I bought it and went there to pick it up and sign the agreement, I found several mistakes on the documents and she was not patient to explain anymore. It felt more like I was annoying her than asking for simple explanations to resolve my doubts. I also work in sales and it is always important to take care of the customer not only when one wants them to buy. Other than that, happy with the car and I hope it works well all the way. Thanks!
