I am incredibly satisfied with both the moving and cleaning service! From the first contact to the finished result, everything was smooth, professional and well-organized. The staff was punctual, pleasant and worked efficiently with great care. The move went quickly and safely, and the cleaning was completely spotless – every detail was perfectly executed. Fantastic service from day one. Never had any problems with email or phone contact, quick to answer questions and concerns about the move. Handled the entire household perfectly, no piece of furniture has so much as a scratch on it, even though it has been carried down three floors in a cramped stairwell without an elevator. No glass has yet been found damaged, and every box is in the same condition as after packing. Even awkward packing solutions such as IKEA boxes have been handled well.nnOn the day of the move, they were punctual despite an early Sunday. Even though there was no parking directly available outside the apartment complex, the moving company fixed this without a problem. Even though the move was long, they were quickly on site at the new apartment and everything was packed in before we knew it.nnThe cleaning of the old apartment was also arranged and approved by the landlord. Here, the company was incredibly helpful and took the keys to the apartment and was responsible for these being returned to the landlord at the inspection.nnKarlskrona cleaning and moving is highly recommended, no matter how far you are moving or what size of home you have. Can't say anything but fantastic job, and once again thank you to Karlskrona cleaning and moving for the work on our move!
