Today me and my son went to KFC in Farsta. We ordered a small bucket for one and chicken original, it took more than 50 min for the food to arrive and we didn't get even a sorry for the delay or any extra stuff.
FOOD POISONING ALERTnI Ordered home delivery through foodora the food was absolutely hideous everything is cold, literal food poisoning, fries soggy taste bitter and burn the back of the throat, quesadillas literally held with glue not cheese it doesnt even melt in microwave, chicken wrap was fine but the chicken box was also expired bitter after taste with sourness and burn in the throat, either that food was mouldy or the oil is expired and very old / burnt.nnAfter tasting that we just threw it awaynnI'm writing this 30min after tasting that food, and my stomach already feels upset.
Veeeery slow service 40 minutes wait times and it's not even a peak hour 3.30 pm.nSeems to be a big issue as the restaurant isn't even cleaned, every table has trays and rubbish, the ground is full of rubbish and the bins are full and piled up.
Just like the atmosphere at McDonald’s! You’ll get your meal in just a minute! This was my first experience at KFC in my life, and it was honestly disappointing. The seasoned and roasted chicken breasts were not crispy at all as advertised day and night! There’s no flavor, not even distinctive sauces! It’s like you simply bought seasoned chicken parts from the market and cooked them in any pan. I can say that the only part of the meal I liked was the hot wings; I can say they are distinctive and better than what’s available at Max, McDonald’s, and other famous fast-food places.
Very fast service and tasty chicken breast! Love this branch! I always like to pass by. They also have chicken wrap which I really recommend!
