Just like the atmosphere at McDonald’s! You’ll get your meal in just a minute! This was my first experience at KFC in my life, and it was honestly disappointing. The seasoned and roasted chicken breasts were not crispy at all as advertised day and night! There’s no flavor, not even distinctive sauces! It’s like you simply bought seasoned chicken parts from the market and cooked them in any pan. I can say that the only part of the meal I liked was the hot wings; I can say they are distinctive and better than what’s available at Max, McDonald’s, and other famous fast-food places.
The service tray was wet and dirty from the previous use, this is unacceptable for food service. The area was so dirty+ toilet has no paper but full liter+sauce cups container was dirty with ketchup. Totally it is discussing restaurant from the customer area...cannot imagin how they work in the kitchen.
As I am writing this post, I have been waiting for 23 min for my food. Nobody in the restaurant is eating. 23 min, single person, normal order, still no food.nnUpdate: it took 32 min until I got my order. Fries cold, drink no bubbles left, chicken 2 mistakes in 2 orders. After I complained Ingot warm fries and right food.
It is not the first time when KFC Farsta forgets to prepare the full order and we have to find out when we are already home that products are missing from the order, and they are already paid. How could we fix this aspect? Are you paying for fuel if we have to come back there and pick the rest?
Veeeery slow service 40 minutes wait times and it's not even a peak hour 3.30 pm.nSeems to be a big issue as the restaurant isn't even cleaned, every table has trays and rubbish, the ground is full of rubbish and the bins are full and piled up.
