Just like the atmosphere at McDonald’s! You’ll get your meal in just a minute! This was my first experience at KFC in my life, and it was honestly disappointing. The seasoned and roasted chicken breasts were not crispy at all as advertised day and night! There’s no flavor, not even distinctive sauces! It’s like you simply bought seasoned chicken parts from the market and cooked them in any pan. I can say that the only part of the meal I liked was the hot wings; I can say they are distinctive and better than what’s available at Max, McDonald’s, and other famous fast-food places.
Veeeery slow service 40 minutes wait times and it's not even a peak hour 3.30 pm.nSeems to be a big issue as the restaurant isn't even cleaned, every table has trays and rubbish, the ground is full of rubbish and the bins are full and piled up.
Have gotten take-out and eaten here a couple of times.nnSometimes the service is slow, sometimes it's fast. Sometimes the food is well-made, sometimes not so much.nI find the service and food to be the best when there's not too many people. I have eaten: Big mix bucket meal, and Hot wings meal, and I usually get a Fanta Exotic. I'd recommend the hot/spicy wings, as they are yummy.nThere have been times where some orders are forgotten, usually drinks.nnAn OK place to dine at, but better to eat with friends.
The service tray was wet and dirty from the previous use, this is unacceptable for food service. The area was so dirty+ toilet has no paper but full liter+sauce cups container was dirty with ketchup. Totally it is discussing restaurant from the customer area...cannot imagin how they work in the kitchen.
As far as I can tell, this is one of two locations near Stockholm. The food was DELICIOUS and prepared exactly as promised. It was fresh and hot. This location just became my third most favorite KFC in the world! What are the first two? Tower of London in the UK and Frenchs Forrest in Sydney, Australia.n10/10. Would recommend making the trip!
