Getting your orders correct is a 50/50 chance. They have messed up our orders so many times. Sometimes it's fries, drinks, burgers or boxes. The staffs are usually distracted and obviously they never double check when they finish an order before handing it over to customers. We would like to visit more often but having to double check our orders everytime is just ridiculous. The food are also quite random, sometimes you get more fillings, sometimes less. Sometimes you specifically requested for no red onions and what do you find in there? Red onions - an extra I really don't want. It's just a pity that customer service is not a thing here. They are not rude, they just don't care.
The foods was excellent! The chicken was crispy and very tasty as usual!nThe services was super awesome!!! Thump up to very helpful and friendly staff!nAtmosphere was cleaned and so tempted to sit and dine in!nnToo bad that we don’t have KFC in Norrköping !
Delicious food. Not sure if they have gravy. They do not have hot and spicy chicken, only wings.
The portion of food is completely random. For the same order sometimes you get a lot sometimes you get only a little. Not sure if this is because of a newly opened KFC. It's annoying if you pay the same money but what you get is completely random variable.
Usually I enjoy coming here, but unfortunately today the food was cold the staff replaced it. The toilet was very dirty. My rating for this visit is low.
