Nothing to complain about during my visit but nothing spectacular either. Food was okay, service okay, and the restaurant is kept clean. The menu itself is a little sad for me on the chicken options because it doesn’t allow me to play around with many combinations-but this is essentially the case for all KFCs in Sweden.
The family really enjoyed this kfc! Have tried a few kfc's in Sweden and mostly disappointed, but this one was great. Chicken juicy but not oily and very tasty, burger buns really nice and soft too. Friendly service and family friendly atmosphere. Great start for such a new restaurant
I will never go this KFC. They treated me like this.I should not come to KFC. service was very bad. I did order food for my family 89247-1-26,16:19.I got food within 5/6 minutes.food was good. after 10/12 minutes I did order again8500. when I went take my food.they cannot see my number on the screen. I check kfc app. this order in kista,not in hägvik. I explain them,I did a mistake my second order gone kista. they treat me like that,i did a crime. they say we can not do anything.you have to call kista. kista will refund your money. then i order again8926. i said them. can i speak with manager please. one of the guy said i am the manager. he said they cannot do anything. that means.KFC don't care about the customer service.
I absolutely love KFC! The food is consistently delicious, especially their crispy fried chicken. The service is always friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is welcoming. A truly fantastic dining experience every time!
This KFC has really stepped up its game. When it first opened, we tried it twice and ordered the chicken on the bone, but it was such a disappointment. The chicken was way too oily, soggy, and the skin just fell apart instead of being crispy. It was so bad we actually left our meal unfinished and went somewhere else to eat, and after that we stopped coming back.nFast forward to yesterday evening, I was suddenly craving KFC after such a long time and decided to give it another chance. To my surprise, the chicken was completely different this time. Well seasoned, nicely marinated, and most importantly, the skin was crispy instead of soggy. My husband and I were genuinely impressed.nWe first ordered the 3 piece meal to share, but it was so good we went back for a 4 piece bucket. The second order took about 7 minutes, and the staff even offered us free drinks while we waited, which was such a thoughtful gesture.nOverall, it was a positive experience. We’ll be coming back, and I hope they keep up this quality.
