Nice shop where you find halal products. You can also buy fresh halal meat. The prices are also good. The people who work there are very nice

Kista Grossen is generally a very good store. They have a great selection, and most of the staff are helpful and pleasant—normally I would rate them 4 stars for that. However, I recently experienced very disappointing behaviour from a staff member in the meat section, which forces me to give only 1 star.nnDuring my last visit, I politely asked if the meat could be packed into three bags instead of two. The staff member responded harshly, refused the request outright, and made it clear that I can take the meat in two packets only otherwise I can simply go —very disrespectfully. His tone and attitude made it seem as though such a small request was an unreasonable inconvenience. No customer should be spoken to that way.
I recently bought Aashirvaad atta, and it tastes bitter. I have never faced this issue before from any other store. When I complained to the store, they gave me the supplier’s number, and the supplier told me to just throw it away and buy another one. This response was very disappointing. Please take customer health seriously and ensure proper quality checks before selling your products.
This place is HEAVEN for south asian immigrants! There’s so much variety of their food products and spices! Fresh vegetables and fruits are always available! The best part is you can get fresh and frozen HALAL meat from here!
