I took the 'Prova på' or the introduction course for rock climbing. The infrastructure is really good, and the instructor did a good job. Overall, I'm satisfied with the facility.
Throught 5 day trip I have been to 4 gyms in Stockholm and Telefonplan was my favourite.nThing that is small yet important I was greeted with huge smile and welcome which makes you the day.nFor me style of climbing was most similar to my home gym. Lots of classic static powerful pulling with demanding positions, you can find jumps and funky blocs too, but this classic way of moving is so much fun. A lot and I mean it of boulders and quite hard grading which makes it real fun.nWholeheartedly recommended! Cool stuff
You can't completely trust my judgment on this, since I am new to climbing, but out of the three climbing gyms I've been to this is by far the most impressive. Very helpful staff, quite affordable as a climbing gym, and very big. High quality rental shoes La Sportiva. Also, you can buy some equipment and climbing shoes there too. By the way, this is the only climbing gym around Stockholm that I've seen offering day pass, it is cheaper than a regular pass.
Amazing gym, there is really everything! If one wants to find a drawback, it is so big you can almost get lost inside, and that results in a lack of cozy atmosphere
Great climbing place where you can buy necessary equipment. A lot of walls for both bouldering and alpine climbing. Well maintained changing rooms with really hot sauna!
