Nice natur and culture

The Royal Domain of Horns Kungsgård is located on Öland's largest lake.nIn addition to the most species-rich bat habitat, this diverse flora and fauna also contains the many typical Öland habitats.nnThe domain, founded in the 16th century, goes back to 2000-year-old settlements, traces of which can still be found in many places in the nature reserve today.

The idea that there would have been nuns who lived here in the Middle Ages fascinates, but it has recently been shown to have been a Storgård: a private Borg.

Nice nature, interesting ancient monument and good vantage point

Here at Horns kungsgård there is a nice nature to walk in with nice flower beds to walk around with lots of flowers during the month of May June July, there is parking, and toilets at some places but not everywhere.
