Was there today & received a very nonchalant response there were 3 staff in the office one at the checkout & the others sitting with their phones & got the answer that what I was looking for was not available but it was according to Bolist's website that the product is available with them & was so pissed off that they ignored buying all the wood & the tools I should have bought there & with it because of the bad service I went to Bauhaus instead I have shopped/been a customer there for over 30 years but now it has to be of course you should favor the local ones but to hell with the bad customer service you got .......
I shop here quite often and am always satisfied. Today the service was beyond the ordinary!
