Cool place to work out. They have a boxing bag that I enjoy making use of. These would be my suggestions: 1. The closing time perhaps in summer should be extended by about a half hour 10 pm?. 2. Add a kick-boxing bag. 3. Add Battle Ropes. 4. More variety of dance type of classes ie Zumba, Samba, Latin etc

Very nice place. The gym is good, large with a lot of equipment. Better than Vadstena Simhall but on the other hand there isn't a swimming pool available here. So its about what you prefer more, a gym or a swimming pool.

Growing like an animal! Nice sauna and fresh premises. Brand new machines from Casall in the Matrix series. Works great!
