Kristallen itself is a perfectly okay place, however the rating is pulled down enormously by the extremely rude staff who work in the bar right next door. Never been treated so badly in my entire life, you are not even allowed to have a phone in front of you and you are absolutely not allowed to take any pictures, even if it is just of yourself or facetime with someone. Feels like they are actively staring at you and just waiting to scold you if you make the slightest mistake. Foamy feeling in the bar too. Avoid!
Is the venue even being used these days? Sad to see good venues sitting empty most of the year. It should be possible to use them much more than they do. Fun events and festivities with food, good drinks and live music.
