Free parking spot near the city centre with toilet facilities, best place if you came with motorhome
Really good parking lot. Cant undestand any of the negative reviews. Its free, you have a clean toilet and fresh water supply nearby and the car/van is standing super safe. Also you can walk 10 minutes to everything that there is to see in Kristianstad. 5 stars easylie
Good place for visiting town centre
Is this car parking for free ?
Kristianstad is a very pretty little town and certainly worth a stop. The Natural History Museum is charmingly designed and interesting. The parking spaces are a good idea in principle, and there's plenty of room. However, we weren't able to pay by card as indicated on the sign, and bank transfer wasn't possible either, as the recipient's details were missing. According to information from the museum, someone was supposed to come by . The two city workers with brush cutters who started mowing the weeds, some of them poisonous, around our campervan at 5:50 a.m. on Sunday morning were very unwelcoming... we had to flee .
