Very nice and quiet parking space at the harbor. A supermarket in the immediate vicinity and also a small Asian restaurant which we didn't use. Price-performance ok!
Clean place with nice operator. But that was it...nnTo the back seat:nThe wooden terraces between the pitches are well-intentioned, but only 2.10 m between the individual motorhomes, which makes you feel like a sardine in a can. There is space for 16 vehicles in a small space.nA vehicle length of 7.50 m is no problem.nThe neighbors had a grill etc. set up on their terrace, which is of course completely ok. Because it is so narrow and we both completely filled the width of our parking bay, we couldn't get to our rear door on the driver's side to open the dog box without stepping over their grill chops.nIt's so dense that the neighbors' conversations under the window are as if they were sitting at the table. Windows must remain closed if neighbors smoke.nThe often praised view of the harbor does not exist there.nnAbout plumbing:nBetween 7 p.m. and 8 a.m. the toilet and shower in one room are locked. The access code received did not work. This is a no go!!!nThe shower is rotten, the room is dirty, the trash can is full to the brim.nnThe supply and disposal works well, even if you have to stop very close to the toilet door to drain the gray water.nnWe wouldn't come back here.
One of the better pitches I've been to. If you're going here in high season, you have to be there early, often full before 12:00-13:00. SEK 320 with electricity. All the facilities you need. Short distance to shops and the center of Kristinehamn. Friendly and helpful service at the reception. At the reception, they also have a small selection of different things you might need when driving a motorhome.
