So incredibly unfriendly staff and no service at all in sight. Never any items in stock that extend beyond Ipren. They also lock the door before closing if they have customers inside so that they can't get in so they have to work overtime.

My medicine is never at home those included in the high-cost coverage. But those that are not included are always at home, so it's convenient. So it's just a waste of time to go here.

Don't go there. They are always understaffed. I was going to pick up prescription medicine and there were five people in front of me in line and only one pharmacist there. 20 minutes later they are still dispensing the same customer.nnIf you have the opportunity, my recommendation is to go to Habo instead. Even with the travel time included, you will save time and life is too short to wait an hour for medicine which I got in two minutes in Habo.nnIt's the business itself that's wrong. The people who work there are probably doing their best given the circumstances.nnThat's the last time I'll go there. Avoid!

Tried to call to ask about availability of prescription medication. Was told 51 minutes wait time is long, but soon, at the time of writing, waiting 5 hours is ridiculous.

Always such an incredibly long wait, why do you change the computer system to something that takes longer, is more complicated? I feel sorry for the staff but mostly the customers who have to wait so long
