Great experience

Better go to Umeå if you can and pick up your medicine there if you can. I can agree that the staff can be stubborn at times, it is important that the right person gets the right medicine. But that it seems that some of the staff seem like they have never been in contact with another human being before. I don't want to single everyone out because some of the staff are actually professional and know customer service, but the others are condescending, disorganized and snarky on the best of days. It feels like some people don't have the right personality to work in the service profession, and Apotek Vännäs has won the lottery.

Can't be reached by phone..... 20min in phone queue from place 12 to place 7..... Then I gave up.nThe dialing function usually never works

Nice pharmacy. Good service and advice.
