Absolutely terrible.nnThey have recently remodeled the Library premises. Less space for visitors who want to sit in peace and quiet to study or work, more space for “workrooms” for the staff. The remodeling makes it very difficult to find space for us young students who want to sit quietly in separate rooms to study or work in peace and quiet. Before the remodeling, there were several separate, quiet rooms available. In the larger, more open parts of the Library, children run around and it is completely impossible to get peace and quiet there. Proof that the Library wants fewer visitors and to make it more difficult to access for us young students. The “more open” hours are also far too stingy. The last time I visited the library, I was informed by a librarian who told me that you have to leave the premises at 6:59 PM and wait outside the entrance door to the Library if you wish to stay during the extended opening hours, and then be allowed to enter again at 7:01 PM when the extended opening hours begin, even though you have registered for the extended opening hours and you were sitting calmly, busy and focused on studying in peace and quiet at 6:59 PM.
