We call her Ky Ky (Kyah Morris), a young
Caribbean girl from the beautiful paradise of Trinidad & Tobago.
Kyah loves ice cream and Swedish snacks.
Our ice cream rolls are hand made on the spot using a freezing ice pan, that is chilled to -30 degrees.
A creamy mixture is poured on the iced grill, mixed with your choice of fruits or different ingredients on the ice-pan. It is an East Asian method of ice cream production.
This is Kyah's story to blend three cultures together with a unique
tropical taste!
